Get some ivory soap and soak it in water over night, then break it into halves. Give it to the children to mold like Playdough into a snowball. When it dries it flakes up like a real snowball. I put it in baggies and added the following poem to a topper.
This Snowball soap,has been made just for you.

And keep your hands clean too!
