To answer the simple question of how... I got this way too!!! look at the photo it has a measuring tape in it. Doesn't that beat all....... sewing makes us fat!!!!
Well I for one will never stop sewing.. I guess I will just have to mount my machine to a stationary bike ;)

but that is why I avoid buffets - I eat too much :(
So that's the reason I'm fat? Sewing? I knew it had to be SOMEthing other than eating too much, LOL!
Or is it a bit of reverse psychology, and guilting people into taking less???
I love it!....So that's the reason for my excess pounds!
I shall keep sewing though...just get on my daughters Wii Fit more often!

Nothing like a good dose of reality! I think I need one of those for the refrigerator.
Besides a balanced diet being a piece of chocolate in each hand... drinking a diet coke with your chocolate will negate the calories of the chocolate because they are the same color. At least that is what I have been told...
Oh my goodness....I think I would have left and not ate anything........
yeah, I was wondering where all this fat came from...
