I always need inspiration.. to keep me going in a forward direction :)

I found my inspiration for the day.. this young lady is so amazing she is in the 7th grade and is 12 years old and she quilts.. I have to tell you she is fantastic. If you want to see some of her fantastic work.. I invite you to visit her blog :) The Scrap Box .... there you will find a whole lot of inspiration for such a short time blogger. From pieced quilts to hand quilting of her quilt tops. She has a goal to stitch 30 mins a day. Wow that is dedication.

Excerpt from her blog :)

The last thing I want to show all of you is a special work in progress that I have been working on for quite a while. It is a hexagon charm quilt where every piece is different. If any of you would like to help me out by sending scraps through the mail that would be very nice.

Well my sweet friends if you have any scraps you want to let go of for a sweet inspiring young quilter.. please drop by and send her a post.. I know I'm going to :)

That is gorgeous! I am in awe of any child or teen that actually wants to take the time to do something by hand. Awesome.

I went by there and she is amazing....totally. Can you imagine what she will be like when she is older? What a dynamo.

Wow! how right you are about inspiration! It will be amazing to see what she's like when she's older. I'm hoping to contribute to her scrap collection. Thanks and if you don't mind I'm going to blog about this on my blog today!
Thanks!
