Chocolate Chip Cookie Stuffed Cupcake

These cupcakes sort of remind me of the ones that Step Monster made us as Children. The ones she made us were made with Chocolate cake with a cream cheese/chocolate chip stuffed center. Oh my goodness were those wonderful. Very rich but really really yummy and very delicious. I can't wait to try these yummy looking cupcake goodies.
